Gaddafi son did nothing, he was not a commander nor a soldier, why is he prosecuted? he was an ordnary citizen and I wonder if they will find him guilty..........or he will representing his father?

I was expecting the people who helped the rebels to topple Gaddaffi to restore peace in that country instead of prosecuting this man...what a waste!!! Even if they can kill Gaddafi's son,but the country would not be stable again.FFKS!!!
