Horse racing is one of those sports associated with predominantly older men and betting; it doesn't have a sexy fibre in its muscle by today's definition of cool.

Millennials, much less Gen Zs, wouldn't be caught near your regular horse racing event on a Saturday and you'd never hear a "Girls Night Out" is headed to the racecourse to watch horses with names like "Ripple Effect" and "So Seductive" battle it out.

It's your dodgy uncle's vice, the one who rolls his own cigarettes, still wears newsboy caps and the same brown blazer with elbow patches and a newspaper tucked under his armpit.
