Springbok captain Siya Kolisi on Friday revealed yet another step in his healing process from the knee injury that threatened his 2023 World Cup participation, thanking the Sharks' medical staff for going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure he was fit and ready.

Biokineticist Jimmy Wright, head physiotherapist Dean MacQuet, and physiotherapist Joe Deighton were all credited by Kolisi as unseen yet key figures in his recovery.
