Bulls record pre-season win

Cape Town - The  Bulls started 2015 on a positive note, beating the Cheetahs 30-13 in a season-opening friendly played in the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

They had a 9-6 lead at the break, but scored three tries in the second half.

Vodacom Bulls point scorers:
Tries: Piet van Zyl (2), Duncan Mathews
Conv: Tiaan Schoeman 3
Penalties: Jacques Louis Potgieter: 3

Toyota Cheetahs point scorers:
Tries: Francois Venter
Conv: Francois Brummer: 1
Drops: Joe Petersen 1
Penalties: Joe Petersen: 1
