Cape Town - Former Stormers wing Danie Poolman has extended his stay with Irish club, Connacht.
Connacht Rugby and the IRFU on Thursday announced that the 25-year-old signed a new deal that will keep him at the Sportsground until at least the (European) summer of 2017.
Poolman joined Connacht in 2012 from the Cape franchise and since then the former Paul Roos schoolboy has established himself as a key component in Connacht’s backline.
