The Rebels won 22-16 after the score was dead-locked at 6-all at half-time.
The Rebels scored a try through skipper Scott Higginbotham, while fullback Jason Woodward slotted the conversion as well as five penalties.
The Force replied with a try in injury time by wing Nick Cummins and a conversion by Zack Holmes. Flyhalf Sias Ebersohn added three penalties.
The Rebels picked up four points for their victory and moved off the bottom of the Australian Conference and into 12th position in the Overall standings.
The Force left AAMI Park with a single point for losing by seven or fewer points, but remained second and fourth in the Australian Conference and Overall log, respectively.
In next weekend's Round 11 action, the Rebels have a bye, while the Force welcome the Bulls to Perth (Saturday, April 26 at 11:40).
