Mosimane disappointed with draw

Port Elizabeth - Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane rued his tactical plan following a 1-1 draw against Chippa United in Port Elizabeth.

The Brazilians dominated the match and went into the half-time break with a 1-0 lead, courtesy of a Cuthbert Malajila goal.

The Chilli Boys, however, bounced back in the second half with a Thamsanqa Sangweni freekick.

"When you play away and you get a point, you can say it's fair but we wanted more," Mosimane said.

"We pushed and tried. I think we could have gotten more in the first half than in the second half. Maybe we should have brought in Ejike Uzoenyi and Katlego Mashego earlier."

The Chilli Boys were reduced to ten men in the 85th minute when Sangweni was handed a second yellow card for a challenge on Tebogo Langerman.

Chippa coach Roger Sikhakhane said he was satisfied with the draw.

"It was a tough game," said Sikhakhane.

"I think each and every game we play is like a nightmare for us. Every team comes at us like missiles.

"But I'm happy with a point considering that we played the last eight minutes with one man short."
