Johannesburg - Bidvest Wits captain Sibusiso Vilakazi insists the side will be going all out for victory when they face Kaizer Chiefs in the PSL on Wednesday evening.
According to the football411 website, the Students are arguably out of the running for the Premiership title this season, with Gavin Hunt's men currently 10 points behind leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, albeit with two games in hand.Next up for the Clever Boys is the visit of defending champions and second-placed Chiefs, who are six points adrift of Sundowns, but also with two games extra to play.
Vilakazi, though, is determined to see Wits finish as high up the table as possible, with a place in next season's CAF Champions League still very much up for grabs.
"We are no longer in the title race, but that hasn't distracted us from a top-two finish," he told The Sowetan.
"I think this club needs to play in the African Champions League and we won't do Chiefs any favours.
"We want to fight until the end because for us the season is still not over."
