Cape Town - Hawaii - the world's quintessential surf spot - welcomed its biggest swell of the winter season so far, with boardriders taking to the water in droves all along the coastline, but especially on the North shore.
Surfers in Waimea Bay were treated to perfectly formed 40-foot waves and one keen photographer managed to capture some of the widespread stoke with a drone camera.

It kind of reminded us of the awesomely humongous waves that roll into Dungeons here in Cape Town every once in a while. Check out this pic.
