Dutch embassy trolls US over new pot laws

Cape Town - It must be pretty frustrating, when as a country you have managed to build and maintain an incredible portfolio of historical, artistic, design, scientific and cultural achievements, but everyone remembers you for your permissive drug laws.

So, no wonder the Dutch Embassy had a tiny little hissy fit earlier this week week when Washington DC professed that they would not 'become like Amsterdam' after marijuana was legalised in the state. 

Instead of freaking out completely, however, the Dutch embassy had a very cool and calm retort, comparing Amsterdam to the US capital in an infographic.
