Cape Town - This might seem like the town of Arendelle from the animated movie Frozen, being all frozen and all, but this is real.
A small town situated on one of the coldest places on earth, Dudinka, Russia, is in fact completely frozen over after a water pipe burst, flooded the streets and froze everything almost instantly!
Residents in Dudinka, central Siberia, emerged from their homes after a powerful storm to find their street frozen solid up to their waists, reports Daily Mail.
The ice cold temperatures that came with the storm had burst several water pipes in the town, and with temperatures dropping to as low as -52 degrees Celsius during the night, the water froze solid in the street.
The pipes burst and flooded the town on Wednesday, 14 January.
Dudinka's 22 000 residents were left stranded in their homes avid the severe cold without any electricity and hot water. Several cars didn't survive the cold and have been frozen in solid blocks of ice.
