BERLIN, Germany - Nico Rosberg insists he is not focusing on the championship standings at present.
After only four of 2015's 19 races the German is already 27 points behind his Mercedes team mate and reigning Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton. That's triggered suggestions Rosberg is no longer capable of the sort of season-long championship challenge to Hamilton that he was in 2014.
GOOD RACES
Former F1 driver now BBC commentator Allan McNish agreed: "Time is already running out for Rosberg this season. If he wants to mount a challenge for the championship he must turn the tables on Lewis Hamilton sharpish.
"Fortunately there's now a decent break before the next race in Spain (Barcelona, May 10) for him to have a think about what to do next."
