Wheels24 reader Jason Williams put together a video of a couple of Porsches participating in the Sports and GT challenge at Killarney Racetrack in Cape Town.
The driver behind the wheels is in a Porsche GT3 Cup car in the Sports and GT Series. Williams says some of these cars are capable of 343kW and are built specifically for racing.

The series comprises of 10 races per year.
Williams said: "This in-car footage is of a Porsche GT3 Cup car slaughtering the track at Killarney raceway during the Sports and GT Racing. Watch the driver skilfully "late brake" into the bends and push his GT3 Cup car to the very limit to overtake his rivals.
"The sound in this clip is raw and incredible."
