She looks almost unrecognisable in these two photos circulating on social media today - taken only a few years apart.
She told the Mail Online that lighter skin simply makes her feel prettier than her dark skin. She confessed to using a smorgasbord of skin lightening products and treatments (some more extreme than others) over the years.
She added that she knows that skin lightening, as a practice, is seen as a taboo; and that people are very judgmental when they've learn that she's manipulating her skin's appearance to look more "white". Yet, the ex-model said that it makes her feel better about herself.
