Zara recently released a long-sleeved, striped pyjama shirt, complete with gold star, sparking Jewish protests and Israeli press labelling the item as having that "fresh-from-the-concentration-camp look".
After a very justifiable frenzy of hate on Twitter and other social media channels, the shirt was removed from their stores and also online.
Zara apologised, saying the item was inspired by a sheriff's stars from classic Western films. They also added that they do understand how the shirt could have been interpreted with negative connotations.
