Jamie Dornan won’t be in the 50 Shades of Grey sequel because his wife forbid him?

The biggest and most anticipated movie of the year finally premiered a few weeks back to less than impressed reviews. And now it looks like Jamie Dornan won’t be coming back for the sequels due to the bad reviews. That and the fact that his wife is allegedly not very happy.  

According to Metro, Australian magazine NW quotes a source saying that Jamie isn’t as happy as he’d thought he would be about the flick, and his wife, Amelia, dislikes the fact that women all over the world are lusting after him.

We’re taking this with a pinch of salt, since women have been lusting over Jamie way before 50 Shades of Grey. I mean have you seen some of the ad campaigns he’s been in? The boy knows how to make the thirst real. And we’re pretty sure Amelia knew what she was in for when Jamie told her he was going to be playing the kinkiest fictional billionaire around. We’re also pretty sure Amelia isn’t threatened that easily.

But we wouldn’t be surprised if he really did want to pull out of the 50 Shades sequels. There are also reports of director Sam Taylor-Johnson bowing out of the sequels as well because she and author EL James just don’t get along.

Will you be disappointed if Jamie doesn’t return as Christian Grey?
