1 Cut the brioche loaf into 3cm-thick slices and lay them in a single layer in a serving dish.
2 Mix all three types of milk in a small bowl until well combined, then pour over the brioche slices. Allow the milk to soak right through, forming a puddle on the bottom of the dish.
3 Top with whipped cream, dust with cinnamon icing sugar and garnish with fresh berries.
