Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thoroughly grease a shallow ovenproof tart dish with nonstick spray.

1. Lightly roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Line the tart dish with the pastry, poking a few holes in the bottom with a fork. Chill the pastry until needed.

2. Ricotta filling Mix all the ingredients until well combined and spread evenly over the pastry in the tart dish.
