When Katelyn Samples posted a picture of her little boy with his unruly tresses on social media, she wasn’t expecting a question that would make her panic.
Did her child have uncombable hair syndrome, a stranger wanted to know, sending Katelyn into a tailspin.
“At first you see ‘syndrome’ and you’re like, oh my gosh, is something wrong with my baby? Is he in pain or something?” the 33-year-old mom from Georgia in the US says.
