Their little boy had been in hospital for two months, so when doctors told them he could finally return home Marcel and Nadia Keet were overcome with joy and relief.

Jayden Keet from Piet Retief (now known as eMkhondo) in Mpumalanga is only two years old, but in his short life he's been in and out of operating theatres 26 times.

"We were terribly relieved the day we were told he could go home - it felt like it was never going to happen," says his dad, Marcel Keet.
