Within days of the last Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo being declared over, a new crop of cases have taken the lives of at least 20 people.
The new outbreak is near the town of Mangina, close to the Uganda border, an area described by the World Health Organisation in a release as "an active conflict zone."
