Three golden eagles released into the wild in Scotland carry high expectations as they soar into the sky.
It's hoped they will travel down to the Lake District of England or even as far as Wales, helping to bolster the small, fragmented population of their species.
The birds have been fitted with satellite transmitters so that conservationists can track their movements.
