Maggie Benedict otherwise known as Akhona Griffiths is a 29 year old born and raised South African actor from Mamelodi Pretoria.
Maggie is an actor who graduated at what was then called Pretoria Technikon in the year 2002. She studied Musical theatre,and not long after that landed herself her first television role as Lebo in 7 De Laan. Some of her television tributes also include appearances on Snitch and Justice For All 3. She was also a presenter on the daytime show Lifestyle.
With great success comes with critics from many people, who have been making the round of a facial appearance,people going as far as calling her the ugly or dark. It’s not of much surprise as we all come to know that South Africans rather break and bring each other down, then help each other reach they dreams and goals.
