Earthquake: Still traumatised

Honestly been traumatised since the incident happened. My heart is not at ease because fear to leave my family behind. When it happened was the only one in the house. All I could say was "mama". Because my mom was doing the laundry outside. It's only by the grace of God that it didn't fall on me. We even had a false alarm that my little brother passed on at school, and that the building fell on him. We were all in deep shock. I fell and hurt my arm because I coudn't handle the news, it all went away when I saw him getting of the bus. All I could say was "God ur holy".
