JZ and the cooked goose

I note with some admiration – as one feels when watching a cornered rat fighting for its life – that JZ is now going to get a number of lower ranking officials to take the fall for the building of his palace, and the wasteful expenditure therein incurred.

How unremarkable and I wonder only how many of these underlings are loyal supporters of he and the party, what they’ll get in return and who in particular gets to sweep the whole thing eventually under the carpet.

You can fool some of the people all the time, and all of the people some of the time but you can’t fool all of us, all of the time. The game is up – we know it and you know it, JZ.
