Mobile Content Rights

9.1 The Mobile Content and any copyright and other intellectual property rights in any material (including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, music, sound and other material images) included in the Mobile Content is either owned by us, or has been licensed to us by third party providers of Mobile Content, or belong to the actual the rights owner(s).
   
9.2 You are only entitled to download Mobile Content once to your handset and store one copy of that Mobile Content in your handset's memory. You may make one copy of that Mobile Content for back-up purposes only.
   
9.3 All copies of Mobile Content remain the property of either ourselves, or the third party providers of Mobile Content, or the rights owner(s) from which the Mobile Content has been licensed.
   
9.4 You may only use the Mobile Content for personal and non-commercial purposes and subject to the rules that accompany that particular Mobile Content. You may not infringe the intellectual property rights of others or use the content in a manner that exceeds the rights granted for the use of the Mobile Content. 
   
9.5 You may not, or attempt to, copy, reproduce, reprint, distribute, modify, reformat, display, license, transmit, sell, perform, publish, transfer, port, publish, assign, loan or sell or otherwise make available, any or all of the Mobile Content.  You may not circumvent any mechanisms included in the Mobile Content for preventing the unauthorised reproduction or distribution of the Mobile Content. 
   
9.6 You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorised access is obtained to the Mobile Content on your handset, and will notify us of unauthorised access. You will ensure that your handset is blacklisted, in the event of theft or loss thereof.
  
9.7 We reserve the right to suspend your access to the Mobile Content and the Service in the event of any contravention of this clause 9.  
  
9.8 You agree to indemnify us against all losses and damages of whatsoever nature arising from your use of the Mobile Content caused as a result of a breach of this clause 9.

9.9 You acknowledge that the Mobile Content may be altered, changed or withdrawn by us, the third party providers of Mobile Content, or the rights owner(s) from time to time.  We will under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to you or any other party in respect of any claims, losses, costs or damages of whatsoever nature arising from any alteration, change or withdrawal of the Mobile Content.
