A horrific video of a man firing and waving a gun around before turning it on himself has surfaced online.
In the video the man can be seen standing next to a white Golf, pointing a gun to his head. In the blink of an eye he’s on the floor. It isn’t clear in the video if he shot himself or if he was shot by someone else.
A male’s voice can be heard asking someone in the background, “Did he shoot himself?”
According to KwaZulu-Natal provincial police spokesperson Thulani Zwane, the man allegedly shot himself on Sunday morning and an inquest docket has been opened in Umlazi V Section.
“Sdimi [the victim] ended his own life on Sunday morning. It is said that the guy was waving a gun at people in Umlazi V Section before turning the gun on himself – killing him instantly,” Zwane said.
