Health and safety fitness campaign

ON October 31, the Ubuhlebezwe Municipality in Ixopo hosted a health and safety fitness campaign at the Morningside Stadium. The aim was to facilitate social cohesion among residents and to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Different stakeholders, including government departments, arrived in their numbers to support the campaign. Councillor Cynthia Ntabeni, the chairperson of the municipal social development committee, welcomed attendees and thanked them for supporting the campaign.

“Community members participated in different games and were awarded for their efforts,” said municipal spokesperson Mlungisi Dladla.
