The Seed Foundation South Africa, a non-profit organisation in Botshabelo, will host an event for the campaign of 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children at the Kaizer Sebothelo Stadium on 6 December.
This year’s focus will be on human rights violations and injustices, which include human trafficking and domestic and gender-based violence.
The organisation plans to inspire the community, civil society, institutions, government and private entities to take a firm stance against any form of violence, and to promote the emotional, social and physical well-being of women and girl children.
It also aims to encourage men to mentor boy children in building a sober and caring society.
