Search for sports star continues

SuperSport Let’s Play and Express are looking for youths who are good at sport.

Are you good at sport, or is someone in your school or place of education good at sport?

Are you getting people active at your school, community or gym?

SuperSport Let’s Play identified the need among the youth to get more active and be involved in sports.

Let’s Play was initiated in November 2005 with the aim of introducing and encoura­ging participation in schools sports.

This initiative wants to find and give recognition to learners who excel in sport or who are helping others to be more active.

The SuperSport Let’s Play Sports Star of the Month is a competition for anyone aged six to 18 who is still in school.

You can nominate yourself or be nominated by a friend, teacher or coach at your school or place of education.

The SuperSport Let’s Play Sports Star of the Month is chosen from all the nominations received for that month.

The monthly winner receives a Let’s Play hamper.

At the end of the year, one player from all the monthly winners will be chosen as the SuperSport Let’s Play Sports Star of the Year.

Your nomination must include your name, age, contact details and in less than 200 words describe what you have achieved.

The closing date for August nominations is 20 August.
