Sporting talent to be nominated

SuperSport Let’s Play and Express Northern Capeare looking for youths who excel in sport.

An initiative was launched in 2008 to find and give recog­nition to learners at primary or high school level who excel in sport or who are helping others to become more active.

Any learner aged six to 18 can enter to be named the Let’s Play Sports Star of the Month.

Learners can nominate themselves or be nomina­ted by a friend, teacher, lecturer or coach at their school or place of education.

The monthly winner will receive a Let’s Play hamper.

At the end of the year, one star from all the monthly winners will be chosen as the SuperSport Let’s Play Sports Star of the Year.

Nominations received before the 20th of the month will be included in that month’s selection.

The nomination must include the candidate’s name, age, contact details and a short pa­ragraph (less than 200 words) about what they have achieved in sport. Send nominations to supersport@­zpr.co.za or fax it to ­086-552-4922.
