GRADE 5 pupils from St David’s school have begun an environmental eco-project by collecting empty plastic two litre bottles and plastic packets, wrappers and other items to make eco-bricks. These are then used to build structures in place of cement blocks or house bricks.
So far we have filled 37 bottles, which will be passed on to Hermannsburg School (an eco-flag school) and added to their collection to be donated to Pick ‘n Pay as part of their project to save the environment. — Supplied.
