ON Wednesday, September 5; after a year of planning, casting, preparation, blood, sweat, and tears; a cast of 33 and a technical support team of 26 of our talented high school pupils and staff managed to produce the farcical comedy Die Potlooddief en die Engel.
Thank you and congratulations to everybody involved. A big thank you goes out to those parents and members of the public who joined us on the evening for their overwhelming support and donations of tinned food, toiletries, and clothes.
Charities who will benefit from your generosity are the Philani and Letcee Crèches.
On Tuesday, September 11, the grade six and form one pupils presented their Social Science PowerPoint projects to their parents.
Thank you for all the support and encouragement and we are proud of our pupils who spent a lot of time and effort putting these slides together and learning about the different topics.
The grade threes are currently presenting orals based on countries around the world. They have been hard at work creating their projects. It has been an extremely interesting time learning all sorts of amazing facts, eg. Did you know that parts of Canada get as cold as Mars in winter? Ariya Munessar told us all about India, Amber Pillay, who visited Mauritius, shared her information with us, and Reuben Hill had done his project on the USA.
