THE Rotary Club of Kloof, in conjunction with Curro Hillcrest Christian Academy and the Hillcrest Fever, will be hosting Festival in The Hills 2018 on August 24 and are looking for nominations for local heroes.
THERE ARE FIVE CATEGORIES, WITH CHARACTERS REPRESENTING EACH ONE
Dedicated Dave (the Policeman) works hard to keep us safe!
His dedication, patience and courage make him a real hero in our community.
Brave Brad (the Fireman) selflessly puts his life on the line to help anyone and everyone.
He is a true hero because he is daring, brave and always so reliable.
Kindhearted Karabo (the Game Ranger) works day and night to protect our wild animals.
His commitment and compassion make him a valuable hero.
Lyrical Lerato (the Musician) brings joy to our neighbourhood through her beautiful singing, dancing and music.
She is a hero because she is honest, generous and loves to share her talents with the local community.
Super Steve (the Super Hero) is passionate about keeping our earth clean through recycling and collecting litter.
He is dependable, honest and helpful, which makes him an everyday hero.
