Festival in the Hills a success

THIS years’ Festival in the Hills boasted its biggest-ever turn out. They thanked the Upper Highway community for supporting this cultural extravaganza.

On Friday, August 24, Kloof Rotary hosted Festival in the Hills at Curro Hillcrest Christian Academy.

Seven hundred primary school pupils were invited to share the stage with the Drakensberg Boys Choir, the KZN Youth Wind Band and host Darren Maule from East Coast Radio.

This year’s theme of “Hero’s and Superhero’s” was bought home with hero-inspired music, children that sang from the heart and an audience that was left with goosebumps. - Fever Reporter
