WITH over 80 artworks up for auction, an array of paintings on sale as well as a meal to keep your tummy satisfied, the Funda Nenja art exhibition, auction and gala dinner, hosted by the Funda Nenja Township Dog Training Initiative, is one for the diary and takes place this Saturday. Kicking off the event, the art exhibition will open at 10 am and will run until 4 pm.
The gala dinner and auction, which will begin at 5.30 pm, will be hosted by auctioneer, enter- tainer and MC for the evening Steve Cloete.
Guests will be treated to a vie-wing of the auction pieces and the evening will then commence at 6.30 pm.
Packed with an evening of fun auction games, raffles, lucky draws and the main auction, tickets are priced at an affordable fee of R 300 each, which includes a three course meal along with access to the cash bar.
Funda Nenja teaches children about animal welfare and dog training, with a focus on building awareness about animals needs.
