‘Laugh Lines’ returns to the Music Kitchen

LOCAL funny man, Gino Fabbri, brings his smash hit comedy, Laugh Lines, back to the Music Kitchen for one night only on Saturday.

Billed as the greatest (and only) comedy ever to tour a town, Laugh Lines has achieved 12 straight sell- out performances consecutively, making the Music Kitchen outing his lucky 13!

The show features a slew of by now well-honed new characters, a guide covering how to identify passive-aggressive messaging on social media, two fast-paced classical and rock music evolutions on drums, and sees Gino picking up a guitar for the first time to deliver some hilarious banter and perform his unexpectedly impressive new Evolution of Rock guitar.

Meet the inebriated British pilot Winifred Rump, the cantankerous old Portuguese woman Lavender De Santos, the ever hopeful but strangely unlucky, mercurial entertainer extraordinaire Clyde Smithers, Indian social media interpreter Rancid Punjabi and the straight-laced, naïve, church-going civil servant Poefter van Zyl, as they crease your laugh lines by firing rapid one-liners at a breathtaking pace!

Tickets cost R140 each, R120 for six or more or R100 for 10 of more and can be booked through Wendy on 082 661 6921 or the Music Kitchen on 066 200 2765.
