Trench coats, rain ponchos, thick scarves, hats, a few pairs of jeans and even bare feet were paired up with character ears, tutus, wings and masks for the 50th annual Blisters For Bread charity family fun walk held in Green Point at the weekend in aid of the Peninsula Schools Feeding Association (PSFA). Thousands of residents from across the city braved the cold and dodged puddles along the 10 or 5km routes for a good cause.
