Johannesburg – A 15-year-old girl survived after she was attacked and shot nine times by a group of men at their home in Driefontein, in Muldersdrift, police said on Thursday.

"When she allegedly screamed, the suspects opened fire on her. She was hit approximately nine times in the upper body, leg and arm," Ernst said.
