Cooking under a tree? Homemade board games? Family concerts?
News24 is looking for the best, funniest and most creative videos of what you, our readers, are doing during the 21-day lockdown.
South Africa is officially under lockdown and the majority of us are faced with a three-week stretch of time spent at home - be it with family, friends or in solitude. It’s a situation that very few of us have ever faced, and is it certainly the first time that we have faced it together as a country.
While News24 is able to see and cover what is happening on the outside world during the nationwide lockdown, we need your help to show us what is happening inside your living rooms, kitchens and gardens.
WATCH | Part 1: Here are some of the antics South Africans have been getting up to in lockdown
How do you cope with working from home? Are you sharing working space with your spouse or children? Do you take cooking turns and who does the cleaning? We want to know!
We want you to show us – and the world – what life under lockdown looks like. Show us the laughter of family spending invaluable time together and the ideas you and your family have come up with.
We want to see the crazy, creative ways you are passing the time, or the incredible meals you are whipping up for your family.
Anything goes – fun, serious, silly or sad. We want to use our platform to connect you with the rest of your fellow South Africans who are living this experience with you.
For each edition, we will pick our favourite, and send you a R500 Takealot voucher as a prize.
Please include your name and location, as well as a bit of context, if you are sending a picture or video.
