The EFF held anti-black racism protests at various H&M stores in Joburg over the weekend. This came in the wake of an H&M ad that made headlines for all the wrong reasons. The protests were destructive and definitely sent a message – that the EFF would not tolerate racism.
In the midst of the social media backlash – and some support – Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi posted a picture on Twitter of himself sporting a wide smile in his EFF beret and black sunglasses.
He captioned the snap, “Good evening tweeps and all fighters of anti-Black racism #Siyaza - round 2 loading...”.
Tweeps immediately responded to the image – some positively, while others used the post as an opportunity to condemn the EFF spokesperson for the party’s actions.
