Weather Update: Fine and warm across most of SA

Temperatures are expected to be fine and warm with partly cloudy conditions in most parts of the country on Monday.


Cloudy with scattered morning showers becoming partly cloudy in both East London and Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape.

The rest of the country remains dry.


Minimum temperatures are expected to be cold in the Free State while the rest of the country is expected to experience moderate morning conditions.

The coldest place will be Bloemfontein in the Free State, at 2°C.

Maximum temperatures are expected be warm for most parts of the country.

The warmest place will be Polokwane in Limpopo, reaching a high of 30°C.

Pretoria is expected to reach a high of 26°C, Johannesburg a high of 24°C and Bloemfontein a high of 19°C.

Along the coast, Cape Town is expected to reach a high of 17°C, Port Elizabeth a high of 18°C and Durban a maximum of 25°C.
