WATCH: Life's a beach for this spoilt lamb

accreditation

Cape Town - When school teacher Binkie Lees was presented with a premature, deformed lamb two years ago, everyone doubted the little creature would make it.

But thanks to the efforts of everyone at Pringle House Eco School, this lucky ewe is now living a full life in the lap of luxury.

Named after the American state her saviours hailed from, Montana has become "the mascot" of Pringle Bay, according to Lees.

Described as "cheeky" but lovable by all, Montana enjoys the affection of the whole village, where she can regularly be seen trotting around on the beach.

Lees says she even has honorary membership at the local pub.

One drawback, however, is her ferocious appetite, which sees her eating any scrap of paper or plant in her sight.

Watch.
