South Africa's newly elected Members of Parliament are expected to be sworn in on Wednesday in Cape Town.
The president of the country, as well as the National Assembly speaker and deputy are also expected to be elected.
Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng is expected to preside over the proceedings.
MPs will be called to stand in front of the podium in groups and with a raised right hand, say the oath in the national language of their choice.
The MPs also have a choice to swear an oath before God or make a solemn affirmation, depending on their religious beliefs.
