WATCH | State capture inquiry resumes, application for Zuma summons to be heard

The judicial commission of inquiry into state capture will on Tuesday resume its proceedings after the Christmas break.

Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo is expected to hear an application from the evidence leaders, which seeks authorisation for a summons to be issued to force former president Jacob Zuma to return and testify.

The legal team wants Zuma to appear before the commission from January 27 to 31.

Zondo will also hear testimony from Colonel Christine Anderson about the Gupta Waterkloof landing.
