Steve Ford (35) from Kent, England has posted a series of tributes to his 23-month-old twins after they were found dead at their home on December 27.
Samantha Ford (37) was arrested for the murder of the twin toddlers, Jake and Chloe and appeared at the magistrates’ court in Canterbury on December 29 where she was charged, Mirror reports.
The little ones were discovered unresponsive after Samantha Ford was involved in a car accident in the early hours of the morning and was rushed to hospital with minor injuries. Although she was treated within 45 minutes, police were worried about the safety of the toddlers in the house and went to their home to check up on them, The Sun reports.
While no information has been given about the state the twins were in when they were found, they were reportedly rushed to hospital by the South East Coast Ambulance Service, but were confirmed dead before reaching the medical care facility, Kent Live reports.
A hearing into how the twins died will be held on April 24 at Archbishop's Palace in Maidstone.
Since the incident occurred, Steve has been posting tributes to his little ones on social media.
"I want the world to see my beautiful babies. Jake and Chloe forever xxx," he wrote in one post on Twitter.
“Daddy’s twins xxx my beautiful babies. I love you,” he wrote in another.
