An investigative report into the unrest instigated by unions that disrupted health services at Kalafong Provincial Tertiary Hospital, west of Pretoria, last year has made damning findings against certain staff members and the suspended CEO, Sello Matjila.

This after unions including the Democratic Nursing Organisation of SA (Denosa), National Education, Health and Allied Wokers' Union (Nehawu) called for the removal of Matjila in November amid allegations of maladministration and corruption that were escalated to the health department.
