Archford Gutu is the youngest player to have represented the Zimbabwe national side, the Warriors, as a 16-year-old. At the time, Gutu was on the books of Ajax Cape Town in 2009, but never played for the PSL side. There were registration issues, as he had signed for the club as a minor.

He returned to Zimbabwe, and played for several clubs, including Dynamos and Caps United. He then had stints in Sweden with Värnamo and Kalmar FF.
