A social media user has gone viral after sharing a TikTok video of himself printing out a resignation letter that some described as "epic" because it was only two words long. All it said was: "Bye lol."
I've got to be honest. The post is hilarious. And it's just the thing that social media loves. But the issue with social media and the internet is people cannot always tell when something is made for laughs or if it's real. And often, people internalise and mimic these viral posts with dire consequences, such as in the case of deadly viral challenges.
