Photographers and braai masters at the popular braai spot Ebuhlanti in East London pinned their hopes for more visitors and more money on the beachfront development, which started in 2020.
But three years of construction and R100 million later, the beachfront development named after murdered boxer Leighandre "Baby Lee" Jegels attracts very few visitors.
